Refund policy

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatching every order. Customers are requested to inspect the mangoes at the time of delivery.

🔹 Damaged Product at Delivery

If any mango is found damaged at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery partner immediately. The issue will be resolved on the spot, subject to product availability.

🔹 Issues After Delivery

If you notice any issue after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You must share clear photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the damaged product, OR
  • Partial refund (based on the damage)

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

🔹 Important Notes

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
  • Natural ripening may cause slight softness, which is normal
  • Slight weight variation may occur after ripening
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
